Description

This is a beautiful house just 5 minutes from Cala Blanca beach and the Sierra de Irta National Park. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to the communal pool. Quiet, family-friendly area with easy parking on the street.

A €200 security deposit is required as a guarantee until departure. After verification, the amount is refunded as long as reasonable conditions are met.
Important: remove food from the refrigerator and freezer, remove trash and recycling.

House Details
The house has two patios: one at the front with a covered terrace and another at the back for a little more privacy.

The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living-dining room, kitchen, a small bathroom and the patios. The first floor has two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace.

Note: The pre-booking form is not a formal reservation; it is an inquiry about the availability of the accommodation for the specific dates requested by the user.

Minimum stay

The minimum length of stay varies depending on the accommodation and the time of year. As a general rule, a reservation of at least 5 nights is required during the high season (summer).
For other periods or special conditions, please check with us in advance.

How to make payment

To confirm the reservation, a bank transfer of 30% of the total amount must be made. Once the payment is completed, please send us the transfer receipt to secure the selected dates.
After receiving the payment, we will send a confirmation receipt via WhatsApp or email, including all the reservation details and the cancellation policy.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival during check-in. Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
For reservations over €1,000, the remaining balance must be paid exclusively by bank transfer.

Included Services

The price includes electricity and water supply, bed and bath linens, as well as the initial cleaning of the apartment.
Eurohorizon offers a hotel like service for periodic linen changes. For stays longer than 7 days, the change will be weekly; for stays shorter than 7 days, the change will be proportional, equivalent to half the length of the stay.
Additionally, we offer the following optional services:
• Cleaning service during the stay (please inquire about prices)
• Luggage storage at our office

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by the guest:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel their reservation within 48 hours after confirmation and at least 14 days before the arrival date.
Outside this period, if the guest cancels, the amount paid will only be refunded if the agency manages to re-rent the apartment for the same dates.
Cancellation by Eurohorizon:
If, due to reasons beyond Eurohorizon’s control and responsibility, the accommodation is not available for the reserved dates, the client will be contacted immediately to offer an alternative with equal or superior features, subject to availability.
If the client does not accept the proposed alternative, the reservation will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. No further claims will be accepted after this resolution.

Key handover and check-out

Key handover and return take place at our office: Centro Comercial Le Fonts, Local 4, Eurohorizon, 12579, Alcossebre.
This location may vary if previously agreed with the client.
Check-in is from 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside this time, please notify us in advance to arrange key delivery or collection.
Check-out must be done before 10:00 on the day of departure.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, subject to availability.

Deposit and issue management

Deposit:
To guarantee the proper use and care of our apartments, a cash deposit of €200 is requested and must be paid at check-in.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after verifying that the apartment is in good condition, clean, tidy, and well maintained. Eurohorizon will carry out an inspection during check-out.
In case of damage or defects, a charge corresponding to the repair cost may be applied, as well as additional charges in case of significant damage or extraordinary cleaning.
Deposit deduction for lost keys: €100

Incidents:
If any damage or issue occurs during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly and efficiently.
In case of breakdowns, we will repair or replace the affected equipment as soon as possible, although we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
